Together with Jürg Baltensberger from the Swiss compliance provider JayBee, Silvan Amberg from SwissTaxExpert has presented the Swiss tax and regulatory approach to cryptocurrencies, blockchain and NFT at a conference in South Korea.
The conference was sponsored by JESCO, a listed Korean steel company, and organised by the Swiss Asia Crypto Alliance (SACA) and the Swiss mobile game development company emojigames.
Silvan Amberg presented the tax advantages and considerations of establishing a blockchain business in Switzerland. The audience, which consisted mainly of Korean entrepreneurs, academics and media, was excited to learn about Switzerlands’ proactive and pragmatic approach to crypto and blockchain.
